Maths self evaluation- revised

You should have recently recieved an email with a maths self-evaluation sheet attached (let me know if you didn't). The sheet is for you to fill out and identify which areas of maths you need to concentrate on.

I want you to save this document in you own googledocs and invite me to collaborate. You do this by clicking collaborate (top right-hand of page) and put in my email address. Please include your name and the initials- MSE.

Here's a copy.

5, 3, 1

Show me that you understand each learning objective and put 5, 3 or 1 for each one.

5- means you understand it completely and could teach someone else
3- means you're pretty sure but could do with a bit more practise
1- means you haven't a clue and need help.

I don't mind which number you put and neither should you. When you know what you know, you'll know what to work on and I'll have a better idea of what to help you with.

Please complete your copy for the Tuesday after half term.

You can download a copy of the document here.

Yes, Mitch. Click on the second link on the original maths evaluation post on the blog. This will download a Word file. Fill this in and either upload it to googlepages and share it with me or send it to me as an attachment in an email.
Let me know if you need any more help.
